Thank you for visiting our site! My Goddess Complex is an inclusive, independently run online publication that celebrates culture, fashion, art, music and identity. We create content for the like-minded to read and share their opinions, ideas and anecdotes. We act as a platform for all but are especially dedicated to sharing the nuanced perspectives of diverse creatives, specifically women and people of colour.

MGC began as a hobby created by three Philosophy & Literature students at Warwick in 2017. Our initial aim was geared towards a philosophical audience with a penchant for the arts; however, since continuing to publish online and find our voices, we have took on all avenues from current events and lifestyle to society and satire.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

We are always looking for more contributors – all authors/writers are made a ‘contributor’ on the site using their WordPress account; so, you can log in and upload a piece to drafts at anytime before we publish it. And as of January 2021, we will be paying a very small commission fee (from our own volunteer-led editors) to contributors.
