In celebration of Queen B’s 42nd birthday today, we’re compiling the most stylish, chef’s kiss, unforgettable but glam outfits from Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour.
Dubbed as “the greatest living entertainer” by Rolling Stone, Miss Knowles has served an infinite amount of looks on her breathtaking album tour, that’s also become akin to a fashion show. Here’s a succinct list of my favourite ‘fits that not only dropped the mic, but buried it.
- Beyoncé in Georges Hobeika
She wore a beautiful light pink, crystal and sparkly number with the most delicate head-piece for her New Jersey tour stop. The long flowing gloves simply elevated the mothering element of this entire piece that the songstress bodied from head to toe.
- Beyoncé in Ivy Park
The singer went full Barbie on her Amsterdam tour stop, while modelling outfits from black designers as part of a celebration of Juneteenth. This hot pink number was simply drop dead gorgeous.
- Beyoncé in Ferragamo
Simply put, this is one of my top favourites. From the colour to the cut and lines, and the glasses detail — I don’t know if I’ve ever wanted an outfit more, as well as to embody Queen B.
- Beyoncé in Marc Jacobs
The R&B singer has finally gone grunge and my past teenage self is screaming for the look.
- Beyoncé in Ferragamo
This designer clearly killed it because not one but two of their looks are in the most eye-catching pieces Bey wore on stage and for Juneteenth, no less.
- Beyoncé in Jacquemus
She certainly mothered in tinsel galore and brought camp to the stage in the right place — on her Las Vegas tour stop.
- Beyoncé in custom Gucci
The singer looked sensational once again in this “Cuff it” bedazzled bodysuit and matching glasses in Amsterdam.
- Beyoncé in a chrome Loewe bustier
Queen B has a thing for long gloves. I love how she saves her most elegant looks for the opening act of her three-hour show on tour. Whenever she sits on that piano for ‘1+1’ after the Dangerously in Love ballads, you know you’re in for a treat.
- Beyoncé in Georges Hobeika
The singer brought sophistication on-stage in Germany in this classic look.
- Beyoncé in black shiny mini dress and transparent gloves
The designer is unknown from my research but B looked cat woman ready and performed on stage in stilettos — a brave feat.
- Beyoncé in Dsquared2
She looked radiant with her signature hair all tour while adorning several plunging necklines like the one below. This bodysuit and dress mix with the embellishments is perfect for Renaissance.
- Beyoncé in custom Alexander McQueen
What a vision. The colour of the deep red is simply unmatched.
- Beyoncé in Alberta Ferretti
The leotard in sparkling gold with the draped train, matching over-the-knee boots and juxtaposed black velvet gloves – need I say more?
- Beyoncé in Mary Katrantzou
This black and gold mini dress in bee resemblance for the ‘America Has a Problem’ part of the show was also made to mirror the shape of a perfume bottle.
- Beyoncé in Jean Paul Gaultier
The ‘Church Girl’ hat will always be a moment with the sparkly sunglasses. This JPG bodysuit made it an even bigger one.
- Beyoncé in Miu Miu
This is so simple that it works too good. Sorry, sparkly denim booty shorts with this vest top and statement earrings combo? Oh, Beyoncé was having fun.
- Beyoncé in Tiffany & Co.
Another simple but highly effective look. The weave was bussed down in Toronto and the chains on the dress were exquisite.
